Broker Qualifying License Course

Description

Broker licensing 75 hour course Zoom class. Monday thru Thursday, 5:30 - 9:30, Final exam at SIBOR Office 1150 South Ave, Suite 303

This class gives all of the required CE for your license renewal EXCEPT the required Ethical Business Practices (2.5 hours) and Recent Legal Matters (1 hour) classes. You must still take those.

Please be aware that the current DOS requirements for a Real Estate Brokers license require you to have 152 hours of class time. This is comprised of: a 77 hour salesperson course and the 75 hour broker course.
If you took the 45 hour salesperson class (increased to 75 hours July 1, 2008) you will need to take the 30 hour salesperson supplemental course plus a 2 hour Fair Housing OR Implicit Bias class. If you took the 75 hour salesperson class (increased to 77 hours Dec 2022) you will need a 2 hour Fair Housing OR Implicit Bias class as well.
